By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) dated 20.06.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 20.06.2024, this Court by clause (v) of the operative order had directed the applicant to attend the police station on 1st and 16th day of each month between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant is a Law student and he is finding it difficult to attend the police station and requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No.(v) of the operative Order dated 20.06.2024 imposed on the applicant is modified as under: "The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

Interim Application is disposed of.
