This Court on 31.07.2025 passed the following order : 1.

Heard Ms. Neha Balani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the Respondent No.1 returnable on 11th September 2025. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

The Petitioner shall deposit in this Court an amount of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today. If such deposit is made, then the Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the said amount.

Parties are put to notice that subject to the convenience of the Court, the Writ Petition will be heard finally at the stage of admission.

Till next date, no coercive steps be taken, if the Petitioner deposits the said amount of Rs.50,000/-, within a period of four weeks from today and further deposits an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month on or before 10 th day of each month in this Court. First such deposit of Rs.10,000/- per month shall be made on or before th September, 2025.

The petitioner has not deposited the amount of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks and further amount of Rs.10,000/- as directed by this Court. The petitioner till date has not even supplied the spare copy of the petition to the Registry for issuing notice to respondent in terms of the above order. 3.

The petitioner, by Interim Application No. 663 of 2026, 2/3

which is filed approximately after ten months of passing of the above order dated 31.07.2025 now seeks permission to deposit the amount in terms of the said order. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. The petition is dismissed.

Interim Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
