This application is listed at Sr. No. 134 on today's board. At the request of Ms. Hema Whaval, learned Advocate for the Applicants, the matter is taken up out of turn. 2.

Through this Application, the Applicants/Petitioners seek to recall the order dated 12 January 2026, by which Writ Petition No.920 of 2025 was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

Ms. Hema Whaval, learned Advocate for the Applicants, states that due to an inadvertent mistake on her part, she could not be present before this court on 12 January 2026. She submits that she was under the impression that this

(134) IA-669.26.DOCX matter pertained to the Division Bench and she was not aware of the amendment regarding which this Writ Petition was to be listed before the Single Judge.

Mrs. P. P. Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent/State, submits that Ms. Hema Whaval, learned Advocate for the Applicants/Petitioners, having acknowledged her mistake for her absence before this Court on 12 January 2026, does not object to the request made by Ms. Hema Whaval. 5.

Considering the statement made in this Application, the submission of Ms. Hema Whaval that it was due to her mistake that she did not appear before this Court on 12 January 2026, and further, this Application being filed within 30 days of 12 January 2026 with no objection by Mrs. P P Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent/State, the order dated 12 January 2026 is recalled, and Writ Petition No.920 of 2025 is restored to the file.
