This Application is received from jail. The Applicant has shown his inability to furnish surety for the amount of Rs. 15,000/- as directed by this Court by order dated 18th November, 2025 suspending the sentence and granting bail to him.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the amount of bond be reduced from Rs.15,000/- to Rs. 5,000/- and the Appellant be permitted to avail a limit of cash bail for period of a month.

This Court has granted bail to the Applicant/Appellant on 18th November 2025. There is substance in the contention of the Applicant that he is unable to furnish surety as directed by this Court in view of the fact that inspite of lapse of number of months, he is unable to furnish the same.

Having regard to the fact that the Applicant is directed to undergo the sentence of 5 years, this is a fit case to reduce the amount of bond from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.5,000/-. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

i) The Interim Application stands allowed.

ii) Clause No.(ii) of the order dated 18th November, 2025, stands modified in following terms.

a] The Applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

b] For a period of a month from the date of this order, he be enlarged on bail on furnishing cash surety. c] Within a period of a month Applicant to furnish surety in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-.

Registry is directed to send a copy of order to the Central Prison, Aurangbad for its compliance.
