By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail conditions imposed by this Court (Coram: N.R.Borkar, J.) dated 02.03.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 02.03.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 7 (iii), has directed that "The applicant shall not enter into the Pune District except to attend the dates before the trial Court till the conclusion of the trial" and in clause No.(iv) has directed that "The applicant shall attend the police station within whose jurisdiction he is going to reside after his release on bail once in a

908-IA-677-2026 (CR).doc S.S.Kilaje month i.e. on 1st Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial." Hence, requested to relax both the conditions. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition Nos. (iii) and (iv) of the operative part of the Order dated 02.03.2024 are hereby relaxed.

Interim Application is disposed of.
