Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that since February, 2024 i.e. for last two years, the Applicant is attending the police station as per the said directions and the said 1/2

Learned APP opposed the application. However, according to him the purpose of the Investigating Agency would be served if the Applicant is directed to attend ATS Thane Unit once in a three month i.e. on Monday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Applicant stands allowed in above terms.
