This application is for modification of condition of bail imposed by this Court by order dated 24.12.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 4794 of 2025 whereby the Applicant was enlarged on bail on executing P. R. Bond of sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that inspite of the fact that he was granted bail in December-2025, he is unable to furnish the same. Learned Counsel for the Applicant therefore seeks reduction of the amount of bail from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-.

Learned APP opposes the application.

The Applicant was granted bail by order dated 24.12.2025. For about five months he is unable to furnish the surety as per the order passed by this Court. In this circumstances, this Court finds no reason to refuse the request of the learned Counsel for the Applicant for reduction of the amount from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-. Accordingly clause No. (i) of order dated 24.12.2025 be replaced with following order and rest of the order to remain unchanged.

ORDER

(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount;
