By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(b) and (d) imposed by order dated 23rd October 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By condition (b), the applicant was directed not to enter the Pune District after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Officer, if called, and for attending the trial. By condition (d), the applicant SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.04.21 17:43:49 +0530 was directed to report to the Khopoli Police Station, Taluka-Khopali, District - Raigad, once every week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 am. and 1.00 pm till the conclusion of the trial.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) Condition Nos.(b) and (d) imposed on the applicant imposed by order dated 23rd October 2024 passed by this Court is hereby relaxed.
