By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: N.R.Borkar, J.) dated 07.05.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 07.05.2025, this Court in the operative paragraph No. (iii) has directed that "the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial". 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. (iii) of the operative part of the order dated 07.05.2025 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed as under :

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."
