DATE : 16th March 2026 P.C.:- 1) This is an application filed by original Accused No.1 for segregation of this Appeal from Criminal Appeal 757 of 2025 and filing a separate appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 18th June 2025 passed in MCOC Special Case No. 7 of 2014.

2) Record indicates that the Appellant along with other accused persons has filed Criminal Appeal No. 757 of 2025 against said impugned Judgment and Order. However, the Applicant (Accused No.1) now intends to file separate Appeal for espousing his own cause. 1/2
