By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar J.) dated 28.08.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 28.08.2024, this Court in operative paragraph (c) has directed that "The applicant shall report to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai once a week on every Wednesday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m." 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order:

ORDER

(a) Condition No. (C) of the operative part of the order dated 28.08.2024 is hereby relaxed as under:

"The applicant shall attend the office of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai as and when required."
