Learned APP for the Respondent-State, on instructions from the investigating officer, who is present in Court, submits that the trial is almost over.

In that view of the matter, the present Criminal Application, which is filed to direct the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously, does not survive and the same is disposed of.
