By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail conditions imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) dated 05.07.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 05.07.2024, this Court in the operative paragraph No.(iii), has directed that "The Applicant shall not enter within the territorial jurisdiction of Pune District, till conclusion of trial except for attending trial" and in paragraph No. (iv) has directed that "The Applicant shall attend the said Police Station on 1st and 16th day of each months between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial except on the date of trial", hence requested to relax both the conditions. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order:

ORDER

(a) Condition No. (iii) of the operative part of the order dated 05.07.2024 is hereby relaxed. (b) Condition No.(iv) of the operative part of the order date 05.07.2024 is hereby relaxed:

"The applicant shall attend the said Police Station as and when required."
