DATED:

27th APRIL, 2026 PC:- 1.

This application is for relaxation of condition No.3 imposed by order dated 16th December 2024 in Bail Application No. 4425 of 2024 whereby the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on first Monday of every month for a period of three years or till conclusion of the trial, whichever is earlier.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that since then for last twenty months the Applicant is attending the concerned police station, however, there is no justification for compelling him to attend the concerned police station any more. 27th April, 2026

6-IA-748-2026 IN BA- 4425-2024.ODT 3.

Learned APP as well as learned Counsel for the intervenor opposed the relaxation of the condition, however, they were unable to justify the same. Learned APP however submits that the Applicant be directed to remain present before the concerned police station on written notice.

4.

The Applicant is attending the concerned police station for a period of twenty months now. There is no justification to call upon him to attend the concerned police station any more. This Court finds substance in the contention of the learned APP that he be directed to appear before the investigating officer/ concerned police station on written intimation. Hence, following order :-

ORDER

i) Application stands partly allowed.

ii) Clause No.3 of Order dated 16th December 2024 in Bail Application No. 4425 of 2024 stands cancelled.

iii) Instead the Applicant is directed to appear before the concerned police station on receiving written intimation till conclusion of trial.

5.

In view of the above, Application is disposed of accordingly.. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) VDMokal/- 27th April, 2026
