Heard, Mr. Aabad Ponda, learned Senior Advocate for the Intervener (Complainant/Informant). Mr. Sudeep Pasbola, learned Senior Advocate of the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 474 of 2026 and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP for the State.

By the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 474 of 2026, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 393 of 2025 investigated by the Economic Offence Wing, Banking Unit-3, Mumbai (FIR).

The Intervener is the Complainant/Informant at whose instance the FIR is registered. He seeks to intervene in the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 474 of 2026. 4.

Mr. Suddep Pasbola, learned Senior Advocate, submits that the controversy, which is the subject matter of the FIR, has been amicably resolved between the Applicant and all the parties affected in the context of the Applicant's development project. He therefore states that the Interim Application filed by the Intervener be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the Intervener be permitted to intervene in the Bail Application. 5.

Ms. Anuja S. Gotad, learned APP for the State, submits that the presence of the Intervenor (Complainant/Informant) in the Anticipatory Bail Application would be necessary.

In view of the no objection from Mr. Pasbola, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Intervenor is permitted to intervene in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 474 of 2026. 7.

Mr Pasbola, a learned Senior Advocate, seeks permission to amend the cause title of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 474 of 2026. Permission granted. At the request of Mr Pasbola, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant, the amendment be carried out forthwith.
