By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by order dated 4th October 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Anil S Kilor J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Tal:Purandar, till the conclusion of the trial. 3.
