This application is for modification of the condition No.(3) as per order dated 13th November, 2024, whereby the Applicant was directed to mark his presence at Andheri Railway Police Station on the first Monday of every alternate month between 11.00 am. to 1.00 pm. Till the conclusion of the trial. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that since then, the Applicant has attended the concerned police station as 1/2

Though the learned APP opposed the application, he submits that the Applicant be directed to attend the concerned police station as and when requisitioned in writing. 4.

In view of the above condition No.(3) by order dated 13th November, 2024 stands modified as follows :- a).The Applicant shall attend Andheri Railway Police Station as and when requisitioned in writing. 5.
