By the present Application, the Applicants are seeking recall of the Order dated 12.01.2026, by which the Criminal Application No. 1335 of 2025 came to be dismissed for non-supply of the spare copy within the time permitted by the said Order. 2.

Mr. Parag Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicants states that it was on account of a bona fide mistake on his part in not supplying the spare copy in the Registry of this Court that resulted in the dismissal of the Criminal Application. He submits that the Applicants should not be denied an opportunity of hearing on Arjun

504-IA-797-2026.doc merits, for a mistake of their Advocate.

Ms. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent - State, submits that as the Advocate for the Applicants has owned the responsibility, she has no objection for recall of the Order dated 12.01.2026.

In view of the statements made in the Interim Application and the candid admission of Mr. Parag Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicants, of the mistake being on his part and the no objection given by Ms. Rajeshree Newton, this Interim Application is allowed. The time granted to supply the spare copy is extended by a period of three weeks from today.
