The present Interim Application is filed seeking an extension of time to prefer an Appeal before the Sessions Court. By an order dated 14.10.2025, this Court had granted eight weeks time to the Applicant to file an Appeal under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in order to take benefit from the period of pendency of this Application seeking condonation of delay in filing the Appeal before the Sessions Court.

Time granted by Order dated 14.10.2025 is further extended by a period of four weeks from today.
