Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for the Respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited 50% of the cheque amount before the Trial Court. The applicant is behind bars since 27th February, 2026 and requested to allow the application.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that the applicant has deposited 50% of cheque amounts in all matters. 5.

I have heard both learned counsels.

The applicant has preferred Revision Application against order by learned Sessions Judge.

7.

The Applicant is behind bars. He has deposited the 50% of Cheque Amounts in all matters.

Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The sentence imposed on applicant is suspended till next date and he be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.5,000/- each in every matter and P.R. bond of same amount in each matter.

(ii) The bail bonds to be furnished before Trial Court. (iii) All Interim Applications are disposed of.

Criminal Revision Application Nos.119/2026, 120/2026 and 121/2026, stand over to 01st April, 2026.
