By the present Interim Application, the Applicants have sought for the following substantive reliefs in terms of prayer clauses 7(a) & (b) :-

Gitalaxmi 905-IA-837-2026.doc "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate orders allowing this Interim Application in terms of the amendments as mentioned in the Schedule - A with consequential amendments;

b. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate orders allowing this Interim Application in terms of amendments to bring on record the Chargesheet filed in FIR bearing C.R. No. 126 of 2025."

Considering the proposed amendment to be a subsequent event and the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni v/s. The State of Maharashtra1, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b). Respondents would have right to oppose the amendment on merits.

Mr. Bahraiz Irani, learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner seeks one week's time to carry out amendment and to produce charge-sheet on record. Time granted. 5.

Upon amendment being carried out, amended copy of the Criminal Writ Petition along with the copy of charge-sheet be furnished to the office of learned A.P.P. and to the Advocate on record for Respondent No. 8, within a period of one week thereafter.

Interim Application No. 837 of 2026 is disposed of in the above said terms.
