2) Mr. Shah, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent-NIA submitted that, Shri Pravin Ingawale, the Superintendent of Police of Respondent, has filed a detailed Reply opposing the Application and the same may be considered. He however fairly submitted that, necessary Orders, as this Court may deem fit and proper, may be passed. 3) Perusal of Application indicates that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

4) In view thereof, for the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice, the said delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a).
