By this Application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground that his wife's health is not good. He has produced medical papers on record to show that his wife is taking treatment. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for the Intervenor, I pass

ORDER

(i) The Applicant be released on temporary bail in Crime No.253 of 2023 registered with Market Yard Police Station, Pune, on temporary bail on furnishing cash bail of Rs.15,000/- and PR bond of the same amount.

(ii) The Applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on 10th April 2026.

(iii) The Application is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
