This is an Application for restoration of Bail Application No.2576 of 2025, which was dismissed for want of prosecution. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in jail, and therefore would not have gained anything by permitting dismissal of the Bail Application for want of prosecution. He, therefore, seeks restoration of Bail Application. 3.

Learned APP opposed the application.

The Applicant is in jail. As rightly argued by learned counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant would not have gained anything by permitting dismissal of the Bail Application for non-prosecution. In the interest of justice, Interim Application stands allowed. 15th April, 2026.
