By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) dated 02.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 02.07.2024, this Court in paragraph No.8(iii) has directed that "The applicant shall attend Wakad Police Station on every 1st and 16th of every month between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm till conclusion of trial"; hence requested to relax both the said conditions.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No.8(iii)of the Order dated 02.07.2024 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

Interim Application is disposed of.
