Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 and learned APP for the State. 2.

Bu this application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail granted to the applicant on the ground of maternity issue. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicant tenders affidavit of the Applicant stating that Applicant will not file application for extension of this temporary bail after two months and requested to allow the Interim Application.

Learned SPP for Respondent No.1 strongly objected to allow the

I have heard both learned counsel. The temporary bail has been granted to the Applicant for maternity purpose. The Applicant praying to extend the temporary bail for further period and she has filed an affidavit that she will not ask for continuation of temporary bail. 6.

Considering these facts and considering the submissions of the both learned counsel, the temporary bail granted to Applicant is continued for further period of three months. 7.

Interim Application allowed and disposed of accordingly. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
