Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the cheque amount is of Rs.24,00,000/- and the applicant has deposited Rs.10,00,000/- before the Appellate Court and the said amount has been withdrawn by the complainant. He further submits that the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- before this Court. Leave granted to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court.
