This praecipe is circulated to correct the reference to the Court in Paragraph No.9 at line Nos.3 and 5, praecipe is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Mr. Pradeep Thorat, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that he had inadvertently referred to the Court as the "Sessions Court" instead of "CJM Nashik". He states that the correction is referred in the praecipe "X" which reads as under :- "Following correction is required to be made in the Order dated 27th March, 2026:

In para 9 in 3rd and 5th line the Words "Sessions Court" be replaced with the words "CJM, Nashik".

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State, does not object to the said correction. In view of the above, the Paragraph Nos.9, line Nos.3 and 5 of the order dated 27th March, 2026 be corrected by deleting "Sessions Court" and substituting it with "CJM Nashik", as requested by Mr. Pradeep Thorat.
