Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the State and learned Advocate for Respondent No.2. 2.

By this application, the Applicant seeks leave to travel abroad from 30/04/2026 to 03/05/2026.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wish to travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands from 30/04/2026 to 03/05/2026 for attending the FIMMDA conference and requested to allow the application.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed to allow the

122- IA 952 of 2026.doc TIKAM application. He submits that Applicant is convicted under Prevention Corruption Act. He further submits that if applicant is permitted to travel abroad, he may not return and requested to reject the application. 5.

I have heard all learned counsel and perused the documents produced on record.

The Applicant is citizen of India. He has roots in India. Considering these facts, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant is permitted to travel abroad from 30/04/2026 to 03/05/2026.

(iii) Applicant shall provide itinerary of traveling to Investigating Officer and his contact number at abroad before 30/04/2026. (iv) Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
