By this Application, the Applicant is seeking bringing the legal heirs of the deceased-Appellant on record.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, during pendency of this Application the Appellant is died, hence, requested to bring legal heirs of the original Appellant on record. 4.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, the Applicant's are the legal heirs of the deceased-Original Appellant.

Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b).

(ii) The Applicant to carry out amendment before next date.
