By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(d) imposed by order dated 14th July 2025 passed by this Court (Coram :Ashwin D. Bhobe, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to attend the Mahad MIDC Police Station, Raigad, on 1st and 16th day of every month between 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm till the conclusion of the trial in Sessions SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Case No.85 of 2023.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition No. (d) imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

Interim Application stands disposed of in above terms.
