This is an application seeking modification of condition No. (v) imposed by order dated 12th March 2025 passed in Bail application No.1260 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is attending all dates of hearing before the Trial Court and hence there is no propriety in continuation of condition No. (v) of the said order. On instructions, he undertakes that the Applicant will attend each date of hearing before the Trial Court, unless exempted by passing specific order.

Though learned APP opposed the Application, he was unable to justify continuation of the said condition. 15th April, 2026.

Condition No. (v) imposed by order dated 12th March 2025, passed in Bail Application No.1260 of 2024 stands cancelled. 5.

Submission made on behalf of the Applicant that he will attend all dates of hearing before the Trial Court is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

Interim Application stands allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
