By the present Interim Application, the Intervenor (Complainant / Informant) seeks to intervene in the present proceedings as an Intervenor. However, during the hearing, Dr. Sujay Kantawala states that the reliefs may be moulded and that the Intervenor be permitted to intervene in the Anticipatory Bail

Application in the capacity of Respondent No. 2. 2.

Mr. Aabad Ponda, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant, does not object to the request made by Dr. Sujay Kantawala, learned Advocate for the Intervenor. 3.

Ms. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the State does not object to the prayer made in the Intervention Application and submits that the Informant is required to be heard in this Application.

In view of the above and the no objection given by Mr. Aabad Ponda, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant, this Application is allowed.

Applicant to add the Informant/Complainant (Vishwamani Tiwari) as Respondent No.2 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 631 of 2026.
