By this application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground that his wife's health is not good. He has produced medical papers on record to show that his wife is taking treatment. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP, I pass following order.

(i) The applicant be released on temporary bail in Crime No.276 of 2023 registered with Sinhagad Road Police Station, Pune, Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:
