Ms. Ruchi Singh, learned Advocate for the Applicant (Natta Veera Naga Sri Ram Gopal) in this Interim Application, submits that the Applicant was enlarged on bail by the Special Judge (CBI), Court Room No. 48, Greater Mumbai, (Trial Court) vide Order
dated 20.06.2025, passed below Exhibit-7 in Remand Application No. 657 of 2025. She states that Bail Condition No. 2 requires the Applicant to furnish a solvent surety of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The said condition no. 2 in the Order dated 20.06.2025, below Exhibit-7 in Remand Application No. 657 of 2025, is transcribed herein below: "2.
Applicant accused Nata Veera Naga Sri Ram Gopal be released on bail on her executing solvent surety and Personal Bond in the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only)."

Ms. Ruchi Singh states that the solvent surety offered by the Applicant was rejected by the Trial Court. She, on instructions from the Applicant, requests that the time granted by the Trial Court in the order dated 20.06.2025 (Bail condition no. 2) to furnish the solvent surety of Rs. 1,00,000/- be extended by 8 weeks from today. She, again on instructions from the Applicant, undertakes to provide a solvent surety within 8 weeks from today i.e. on or before 02.06.2026.

Mr. Kuldeep Patil, learned Special Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 does not object to the request made by Ms. Ruchi Singh, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He, however, submits that, in the event the solvent surety is not furnished within
the period of 8 weeks from today i.e. on or before 02.06.2026, the Applicant will have to surrender.

Ms Ruchi Singh, learned Advocate, submits that if the Applicant is unable to furnish the solvent surety of Rs. 1,00,000/- on or before 02.06.2026, then she, on behalf and on specific instructions from the Applicant, makes a statement that the Applicant shall surrender himself before the Trial Court on 03.06.2026. The statement made by Ms Ruchi Singh, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions, is accepted as a statement to the Court.

In view of the above, the time to furnish the solvent surety of Rs. 1,00,000/- as per Bail Condition No. 2 in the Order dated 20.06.2025, detailed below in Exhibit-7 in Remand Application No. 657 of 2025, is extended to 02.06.2026. Failure to furnish the solvent surety on or before 02.06.2026 shall be treated as a breach of the bail condition.
