This application is for restoration of bail application which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in jail and hence he would not have gained anything by permitting dismissal of the application for want of prosecution. In the interest of justice, he seeks restoration thereon.

Since the Applicant is in jail, as rightly argued by the Counsel for the Applicant that he could not have the benefited by the dismissal of his application for want of prosecution. Hence, in the interest of justice, application stands allowed. Bail Application No. 2722 of 2025 stands restored. 6.
