By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar, J.) by order dated 07th January, 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 07th January, 2023 this court in paragraph no. 48(iii)has directed that "The applicants shall not stay at Village: Gaurkamat, Tal: Karjat, Dist. Raigad till the conclusion of trial and shall seek permission of the trial court if they are required to enter into the limits of the said village.", hence requested to relax the said condition.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

I) The Condition No. (iii) of the order dated 07th January, 2023 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

ii) The Interim Application is disposed of.
