By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited by him before this Court pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 18.12.2025 in SLP (Criminal) No. 19173 of 2025. 2.

As the applicant has deposited the amount in question in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court cannot consider the prayer made for withdrawal. Hence, the Application is rejected.
