Applicant seeks relaxation of condition No. (v) imposed in order dated 9th February, 2026 passed in Bail Application No. 3679 of 2025. The said condition reads thus :- "(v) The Applicant shall neither leave the State of Maharashtra nor the Country, without permission of the Trial Court;"

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has taken admission in a college in the State of Punjab. It is his submission that on this count, he needs to be there in the said State. According to him, Applicant cannot 23rd April, 2026

Application is opposed by the Special P. P. by pointing out the serious nature of crime and the reason for condition imposed by this Court.

First of all this Order has been passed two months back. On this count itself this Court finds no reason to cause interference therein. Apart from this, it is pertinent to note that the liberty of the Applicant has not been curtailed completely but he is asked to seek permission of the Trial Court in case he desires to leave the State of Maharashtra.

Considering the nature of crime, the condition imposed is reasonable and hence deserves no modification. 7.

Application stands dismissed accordingly.
