This application is for modification of the condition not to enter the jurisdiction of concerned police station for a temporary period.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant's sisters marriage is scheduled to be held between 14th May to 16th May, 2026. Applicant desires to attend the said marriage and hence seeks relaxation of the condition for a temporary period. 3.

Learned APP seeks time to verify the said fact with regard to the marriage of the sisters of the Applicant being scheduled as claimed.
