This Interim Application was circulated in view of the grounds mentioned in the preceipe dated 7th April, 2026. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

On 26th February, 2026 the following order was made. "1) Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner seeks time to carry out amendment as per Order dated 24th September 2025. Let the amendment be carried out within a course of the day, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 2) Stand over to 9th March, 2026".

Mr. Rajesh Ranglan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that on account of an inadvertent mistake on his part, the amendment remained to be carried out, which resulted in automatic dismissal of the Criminal Writ Petition No.4923 of 2025. He submits that, in view of the dismissal, the Petitioners are deprived of hearing on merits. He therefore requests for recall the order and for extension of time to carry out the amendment and assures the Court that the amendment will be carried out within the time granted.

Request made by the Applicant in this Application is not opposed by Mr. Y. M. Nakhawa, learned APP.

In view of the no objection the order of dismissal dated 26th February, 2026 is recalled. The time to carry out amendment is extended by 3 weeks from today.

Mr. Rajesh Ranglan, states that the amendment will be carried out within the period of 3 weeks from today.
