This Interim Application is circulated in view of the grounds mentioned in the praceipe dated 7th April, 2026, which is taken on record and marked with "X" for identification. 2.

By order dated 5th March, 2026, at the request of the Applicant, leave was granted to withdraw Writ Petition No. 911 of 2025, with liberty to file a Criminal Revision Application before the Sessions Court having jurisdiction, within 3 weeks from 5th March, 2026. The said period expired on 25th March, 2026.

Ms. Aishwarya Hinge, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the Criminal Revision Application could not be filed on or Sharada

504-IA-1138-2026.doc before 25th March, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances (bereavement in the family of the Advocate who was supposed to file the Criminal Revision Application before the Trial Court). She, by referring to the averments in the Application, requests an extension of the period for filing the Criminal Revision Application before the Sessions Court.

Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the State, does not object to the said request made by Ms. Aishwarya Hinge learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Considering the statement made by Ms. Aishwarya Hinge, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection by Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP, the period to file the Criminal Revision Application, as referred to in para no. 6 of the order dated 5th March, 2026, passed in Writ Petition No. 911 of 2025, is extended up to 16th April, 2026.
