By this Application, Applicant is seeking permission to travel to Nepal and Tibet from 16th June 2026 to 12th July 2026 on the pilgrimage in order to the part of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra organised by 'Rich Gypsyss'. 2.

Learned APP strongly objected to the application on the ground that if the permission is granted to the Applicant, the Applicant may abscond.

Considering the submissions of both learned Advocates, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad as prayed in the Application.
