By this Interim Application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground of death of his elder brother. 2.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the elder brother of the applicant Mr. Atamaram Kakasaheb Nihal died in an road accident on 08.04.2026. To attend the last rites of his elder brother, the applicant is seeking temporary bail of 15 days and requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

I have heard both the learned counsel. As the elder brother of the applicant is died, considering this fact, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicant be released on temporary bail in Crime No. 417 of 2018 registered with Talegaon Dabhade Police Station, on temporary bail on furnishing cash bail of Rs.20,000/- and P.R. Bond of the same amount. (ii) The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 27.04.2026.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the Badlapur Police Station, District -Jalana, between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 13.04.2026 and 20.04.2026.

Interim Application is allowed in above terms and disposed of. 6.
