This application is for restoration of the Criminal Bail Application No.1339 of 2025, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in jail and he would not have gained anything by allowing dismissal of the application for non-prosecution. He therefore, seeks restoration thereof.

Learned APP opposed the application.

Having regard to the fact that the Applicant is in jail, this Court finds substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant. In the interest of justice, the Interim Application stands allowed. Criminal Bail Application No.1339 of 2025 stands restored.
