2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, since the date of his arrest i.e. 16th February, 2018, the Applicant is behind bars and on the date and after the pronouncement of the impugned Judgment and Order, for want of legal and financial assistance he could not prefer Appeal within the period of limitation. He submitted that, in the said circumstances the delay has occurred.
