Heard learned counsel for both sides. This application is for seeking bail on the following reliefs:- "B.

Direct the Respondent No.1 (Police Station) to produce health status report at the time of Arrest i.e. 12.04.2025.

C.

Direct the Respondent No. 2 Jail Authority to produce health report at the time of Admission of Jail. D. Direct the Chief Medical Officer to Produce Applicant health status and report.

Direct the Respondent Authorities to forthwith comply with the order dated 1st December 2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 3749 of 2025;

F.

Direct the ART Department of Sir J.J.

Hospital Mumbai to submit a clear and reasoned medical opinion as to whether the Applicant requires hospitalization"

Learned counsel for the Applicant drew the attention of the Court to the order dated 2nd December, 2025 wherein according to him the Doctor is required to form an opinion with regard to the hospitalization of the Applicant. 3.

Learned APP though did not oppose the application as such, but drew attention of the Court to the observations made in the said order.

Perusal of the order dated 2nd December, 2025 indicates that in case it was in the opinion of the Doctor that the Applicant is required to be hospitalized, the Prison Authorities were directed to admit the Applicant in J.J. Hospital, Mumbai as per medical advice. This order takes care of the apprehension of the Applicant. Needless to say that the Prison Authorities as well as the Medical Authorities of the J.J. Hospital, Mumbai are bound 2/3

by this order. In view of the above, no further order is required. Hence the application is dismissed.
