Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish one or two solvent sureties in the like amount of Rs. 25,000/- as per order dated 8th May 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 1486 of 2025. 2.

Heard Counsel for both sides.

Record indicates that by order dated 25th February, 2026 extension was granted by way of last opportunity to the Applicant. There is nothing on record to show as to what steps the Applicant has taken in order to secure the sureties. 4.

The cash bail cannot be extended forever. Cash bail was allowed to enable the Applicant to arrange the surety. It is almost a year now since the order is passed by this Court granting cash bail. In absence of any justification to extend the 27th April, 2026

ORDER

i) Application stands dismissed.
