Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking cancellation of the NBW issued against the Applicant by SEBI Court in Special Case No.25 of 2014.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant undertakes to attend each and every date at SEBI Special Court and requested to cancel the NBW issued against the Applicant. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant and learned SPP the NBW issued against the Applicant dated 26th March
