CORAM

: SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.

DATE : 21st APRIL, 2026.

P.C. :

1.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

2.

By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which was imposed by this Court [Coram: N.R. Borkar, J.] by order dated 12/03/2025.

3.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that this Court had allowed the bail application of the applicant and while allowing the bail application, this Court by imposing condition, had restricted the Applicant from entering in District Pune till conclusion of the trial. Learned counsel submits that Applicant's marriage is fixed on 24/04/2026. Hence, Applicant be permitted to enter in Pune District and requested to

904- IA 1270 of 2026.doc Tikam allow the application.

4.

Learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 objected to allow the Application on the ground that the offence under Section 302 of IPC and provisions under MCOC are applied against the Applicant and requested to reject the application.

5.

I have heard both learned counsel. As the marriage of the Applicant is fixed on 24/04/2025, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed.

(ii) The condition imposed on the applicant that not to enter in Pune District till conclusion of trial is relaxed from 22/04/2026 to 08/06/2026.
